Aluminum Investment Casting

AvioCast Inc. specializes in the engineering and production of high-strength, light weight, quality aluminum components with the maximum part envelope size of 15” x 18” x 25” (381 x 457 x 635 mm). AvioCast investment cast components perform in critical aerospace installations on many of the most sophisticated aircraft flying today. All major manufacturing operations are performed in-house, including heat-treat, radiology and penetrant inspection.

Aluminum Sand Casting

AvioCast Inc. specializes in the chemically bonded precision dry sand process and services a wide range of the aerospace industry, including large airframe and engine structural castings, gearbox housings, oil tanks and scroll housings. The dry sand process allows us to create castings with high mechanical properties and high dimensional stability.
Highly complex cores may be utilized in the mold to create intricate passageways with very stable and repeatable wall thickness.
Services offered include integrated design support, local pattern and tooling construction, target point machining, anodize, paint and sub-assembly, producing high quality ready to use products. AvioCast has a demonstrated track record in meeting the customer needs in quality and delivery required in today’s aerospace market.
