AvioCast is committed to ensuring that its business practices are consistent with its social responsibility. Since 2019, we have been conducting our own Category 1/2 greenhouse gas inventory, with the goal of reducing Category 1/2 carbon emissions by 15% by 2030. Specific key policies are as follows:
- Energy Management: We have implemented an energy management system since 2024, monitoring high-energy-consuming equipment at our facilities. We continue to promote energy conservation and carbon reduction in our equipment to improve the energy efficiency of our operations.
- Renewable Energy: We have installed solar panels in our factory in 2025, they are expected to generate approximately 2.39 million kWh of green electricity annually and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 1,100 metric tons.
AvioCast also prioritizes employee health. Monthly health checkups and occupational disease prevention are conducted by occupational doctors through health education consultations. Employee health is regularly assessed based on workplace environmental monitoring data. Furthermore, a preventive management system is being implemented for those at high risk of cardiovascular disease within the next ten years.
