Global Tek Fabrication Co., Ltd. (TWSE: 4566), the majority shareholder of AvioCast, began investing in the company in 2021 and acquired controlling rights in 2024, continuously deepening the integration of business operations and technology between both parties. Currently, Global Tek holds a 53.2% stake in AvioCast. Including equity held by related shareholders, the overall controllable stake exceeds 70%. To establish a sound shareholding structure and strengthen its working capital, AvioCast has increased its paid-in capital to NT$300 million. Looking ahead, the Company plans to further increase capital expenditure for machinery and equipment in line with business expansion needs and will subsequently proceed with its application for public company status and registration on the Emerging Stock Market.
